Indeed, because they can in my opinion!

But, never default acceptance to potential injustice!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

I was found fit under presumption of fitness despite the MEB sending forward 8 disqualifying conditions. However my box says 389 days....? Does that make any sense to anyone?
 
Well the VA Monday Morning Report is not working for some reason... I've downloaded it and when I click the drop down to change the area to western to view seattle, the cities on the list don't change. Anyone else seen this?
 
I too have the 225 days remaining on my ideas dashboard. My case is currently in the Rhode island office. I was tryign to figure out how much they do a day so any input would be appreciated, according to my fuzzy math between oct 21 and the 28 report they went from 1026 cases completed as of 21 oct to 1463 completed as of 28 oct that would be 437 cases in that week averaging 72.8 so call it 72 cases a day. Does this seem right?

What is this? When I pull my AKO it is the blanket page that list what is supposed to happen but is just left blank. Is this something different//.

Unfit Memo/Sent to Seattle VA 6/26/13

The info I got on the new site today says 225 days remaining, as well. The ebenefits site hasn't changed since they got all of my paperwork - still says reviewing evidence.

I just learned about the VSOs and applied to that today. Haven't been able to reach my PEBLO.

My biggest bone of contention is why the VA sets itself (and us) up for failure by saying the average or "goal" for VA Ratings is 15 days. Especially when the average is 140+.

Log in to your AKO and access the My MEB/PEB through the medical portion.

I just downloaded it. It works for me. Office 2013 on a PC. Try it again. Who knows maybe they had to load a new version

The office 2013 on my laptop didn't work but the 2007 on my desktop did. Sucks that Seattle didn't resume its 7-8.5 day reductio... Only 4 days last week

I do not have a screen shot, :(, it says "You do not have an open case" which before this data changed, it at least had some of my information in the AKO system. Really starting to hate all these places we are supposed to be able to get information from and their is none!

Feeling Irritated and Getting Tired

Thanks man I am scared about getting out. I wasn't the greatest civilian. But, I hope things will get better and maybe I will be able to get one of the jobs that I applied to (voc rehab counselor or AW2 counselor or ACS social work assistant). I cant give up being "doc" I have to continue helping soldiers lol.
 
So just to give an update on the AW2 program.
I can not stay in the army because my ratings/PEB/NARSUM state" Soldier will never be able to carry a 40 lb ruck sack again""Soldier debilitating headaches make him a liability and a safety hazard to the army" these and other things that are stated through out my NARSUM and rating forms make me ineligible for retention on any level. So now I am on to the next leg of my journey.
 
Just wondering if anyone else had run into this problem. The VA sent my ratings to the PEB on September 26th, but the PEB said they never received them. My PEBLO was told that they were going to request that the ratings be sent again (2 weeks ago) but that nothing had shown up yet. Does this happen a lot?

How did you find out they were sent to the PEB?
