Scoliosis/possible nerve damage

I was in the guard for two years. I did split option, got a general discharge for not going to AIT withing two years of signing due to gallbladder removal preventing me from shipping. After basic I had hurt my neck and went to a chiropractor who took x-rays and said I had scoliosis (don't remember the degree of curvature), but after he popped my neck I didn't experience frequent pain. I was out for 14 months after the general discharge, then rejoined as active duty. I'm concerned this turned out to be a horrible idea because my back pain has sky rocketed, with my back/hip popping when I march, do PT, or even walk regular. Something popped and my left arm/shoulder has been numb or white hot for five days now. I don't want to go to sick call because I don't want to miss class training hours. If you miss twelve hours you recyle. Any ideas what a doctor will say if I go to sick call? I have no idea what to do. I don't want out, but neither do I want to further injure myself or get to a unit and deploy and then become a liability.

First and foremost you should take care of your health, no matter what the outcome will be in basic.

You may be subjected to a entry level discharge for a condition that existed prior to service. Do you disclose the neck injury to the MEPS doctors?

No, I didn't disclose it. It was a one time thing that I'd honestly forgot about until I was shipped to AIT and my back started hurting.
