My S-1 handed me the SBP application. I’m currently in the midst of a divorce so I’m not sure how to fill this out at all. I want to fill out the form to opt out of SBP.
Do I fill it out as though I have no spouse? I can’t get him to sign his portion of the form seeing as he’s no longer living with me and lives about 6 hours away.
Not sure what to do! Any and all help is appreciated.
