Hi everyone, posting an updated thread for anyone located in San Diego. Hopefully my timeline helps you if you are in a similar time frame.

5/8/24-2/6/25: Limdu

1/28/25: DES referral date

1/31/25: Intake Peblo meeting

2/3/25: Legal Brief

2/5/25: Multi-disciplinary brief

2/11/25: MSC Intake call

2/12/25: Des Lawyer meeting

2/14/25: MSC submit VA claims

2/24/25: CO’s NMA submitted

2/26/25-3/14/25: VA Exams

7/8/25: VA Exam that missed 2 conditions that never got examined

8/7/25: Signed NARSUM & package submitted to DC

8/21/25: Unfit finding

9/17/25: VA claim closed; 100% VA per PEBLO.


???? Awaiting Official Findings Letter (PEBLO said on or before 30OCT25)
 
Did you end up receiving your findings yet? we have similar timelines and I haven't seen any movement yet.
 
No unfortunately I have not. Still waiting on official findings
 
Just talked to my MSC today. They said there's likely a bottleneck at DC/DoD side cause of this past government shutdown :(

Congrats, my case was submitted to PEB 14AUG25, VA closed 12SEP25 as well, but I have not heard anything other than "no further updates" from my PEBLO. Is this normal?
 
My PEBLO is out of Jacksonville. Every two weeks I called him and that’s was the same thing he would essentially say. He always said he would call me if he ever heard anything back. So if it’s pretty normal from my experience.
