Rhabdo/Malignant Hyperthermia

I am a staff corps. Navy officer with over 8 years of service. I have chronic muscle pain, heat intolerance and cramping due to (the doctors believe) many bouts of Rhabdo and I have chronically elevated CK levels. I was recently diagnosed with Malignant Hyperthermia Susceptibility (MH).

I was just referred to MEB, so I have no idea if I'll be unfit even, but with the MH/Rhabdo the docs seem to believe I am non-deployable and cannot do PRTs ever (Navy PT test). There are surely jobs in my field that I could do, but being non-deployable limits me immensely (not to mention the fact that I'll never be promoted again) and eliminates all the jobs that I want to do (though I know my desires don't especially matter to the Navy).

Anyways, has anyone been rated for these conditions or have thoughts on fitness for duty? I saw a few threads that discuss issues similar to mine but no status as to result (only questions). When I google searched and found some documents that look like VA appeals from the 1990s, it looks like people were receiving 0% for Rhabdo/MH. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
