Reviewing NARSUM

When reviewing the NARSUM and 3947 do have legal review it prior to signing it or when exactly do I use legal? I will be reviewing the NARSUM and other document today.

Hi you have the option to have legal review the NARSUM before you sign it, you have 5 days to review it and make a decision.

I would go to legal to review and check ANY document before you sign it during the IDES/MEB/PEB process.

I think the upside of using legal review is they can tell you if "errors" in the NARSUM of substantive (worth fighting over). Much of the NARSUM is really blah blah blah and not relevant to your case.

just signed my NARSUM and while reviewed by legal counsel. Now moved to informal PEB phase. I acknowledged and agreed with the DA side of findings and from what the Legal told me was that I would be found unfit.
