I was put on TDRL in 2018 through USN. I went to all appointments and two scheduled evaluations. In 2021 I received a letter that stated I was PDRL'd. I scheduled an appointment for a new retirement ID and was told I was actually not on PDRL but removed from TDRL administratively for failing to comply with PERS-954. I have all email correspondence with the occasional request to update information. I never missed an appointment nor a request for an appointment nor eval date. I unfortunately cannot locate the PDRL letter but I'd bet my life I got it (because how proud I was of completion on TDRL and never having to talk about my "injuries" again, I shared the letter with several family members who confirm I indeed had it.) What should I do to fight for my PDRL status? Could there be a mistake or oversight on the Navy's side? Could I have missed some contact attempts? Could I have wrongful received PDRL letter?
