Received unfit memo from PEB, send to VA for ratings...

Good Morning,

I received my unfit memo from the PEB which was sent to the VA for ratings. Just wanted to see what you all thought? I copy/pasted the majority of the memo below.Thanks!

1. The Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) found CPT xxxxxxxxx, xxx-xx-xxxx, physically unfit to continue military service for the following PEB referred unfitting conditions:
a.Thoracolumbar degenerative disc disease with L4-L5, L5-L6 disc bulges. (MEB Dx 1) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)
b.Right lumbar lower extremity radiculopathy. (MEB Dx 2) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)
c.Left lumbar lower extremity radiculopathy. (MEB Dx 3) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)

2. Please provide a disability rating percentage (with rationale) to this PEB Administration for all referred and claimed conditions.
 
Who gave you your unfit memo? I was told that my PEBLO can't provide me with that after I asked for a copy
 
my PEBLO at Riley gave me my preliminary memo. Im not sure why they would deny it.
 
Yea me either cause I've heard of a few people getting there memo. I was found unfit back in October just seen on Ebenefits they are requesting my DD214 as of Feb 13th so hope to be getting my 199 soon.
 
I'm at Bragg as well, PEBLO was able to see it in his computer but told me he isn't allowed to provide copies
 
She just emailed me mine. I didnt ask for it or anything, I just checked my email and it was there and she said it was at the VA now.
 
I also got my Unfit memo sent by email. She called it a "preliminary memo" whatever that means. She sent it to me so I could have an early turn-in memo for my gear drafted to get the ball rolling for clearing CIF.
 
My PEBLO here at Lackland also told me no when I asked for my unfit memo... Id like to know if the VA found other conditions unfitting besides my one.
 
The VA does not find your conditions fitting or unfitting. That is the job of the PEB.

Who gave you the early turn in memo for CIF? My Company S1 said I had to wait until I got my clearing paperwork, which I know is false.
 
I contacted CIF here at Benning and they have me a POC at CIF to send a memorandum requesting to clear early. A couple days later I got an email back stating I was good to go.
