rec'd str??

So I was on Ebenefits and my claim was on the last stage before it was compleat that was 11/16/2012.. I just looked again to see why I haven't recived anything in the mail from the VA .. Now it all the way back at under review??? And the only thing that has changed since then is VA recived "rec'd str" what is " rec'd str " ?? And why would it make my claim start over ?? I've tryed calling the VA and it won't let me through ..

Larry,

Call your Peblo to find out what exactly that is. If you want to go directly to the VA after their buisness hours you can call their 800 number, and you can set up an appointment for them to call you back the following day. Also, keep in mind that Ebenefits is very hit or miss. I wouldnt hold to much faith into this website. I am still in the Gathering of Evidence stage, and I have already been found unfit, and gotten back my Proposed Ratings. Good Luck.

Ensure that you have 2 claims on your status page.
I had the same thing happen, ensure that you click on the link to find out what form was received. Mine for instance was a second claim started for my voc rehab. It has shown "gathering evidence" status for 4 months now, even though I can't use it anymore.
And FYI, they are working on the website today and everything is screwed up, so check your status again on Monday.
