Re-Enlist?

Just curious, and this may have been covered, and I'm assuming it's a big Fat "No."

If one was placed on the PDRL and they believe that their condition has cleared up, is it possible to apply for a waiver to re-enlist? Obviously officers don't "enlist" but is it possible for them to be recalled if they believe their PDRL condition has recovered?

It is possible. The route to do so would depend on the facts of your case, but what I have seen is that it may take gathering evidence regarding your medical condition and then applying to Board for Correction of Military Records to correct your records to reflect that you are fit (and then, as a second step, you would have to then apply for enlistment/commission). Of course, you would then need to meet entrance medical standards.

I think that if you are in great health this may be possible. However, I think that if this is not done well with full consideration, you could end up with no PDRL pay and benefits and not be able to re-enter the military. In short, I think it is important to consider the risks.
