Offered TDRL? If i have a stable rating of 40 % for one condition, and 70% unstable other condition, would the 40% stable rating make me eligiblefor PDRL? The lawyer guy says i should appeal for change to PDRL .

You are entitled to a house hold move like anytime you receive orders. Last I heard it was within 12 months you had to use it. Are you going to request reconsideration or accept findings?
