I have my first appointment with the TBI clinic in July. I am pursuing a medical retirement for a TBI that occurred on a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2012 and I have a bunch of other conditions that can be connected to my TBI. I am trying to med board out the fastest is ever been seen with still aching at least a 75 percent DoD and 100 percent P and T from the VA with a determination of 100 percent related to combat so I can get CRSC. My plan is to go into that first appointment with all my medical records/notes which I requested already and will have in hand to present to the Doc and lay out what I want and being optimistic I would like him to initiate the MEB process on that initial appointment. Am I being to unrealistic?
