I am Active Army E-5P, with 10 years in, 11 years this april, question is for severance will I be paid at E6 at 11 years? Or just E5 at 10 years?

Whatever your final pay is. If you collect the E-6 pay, you will be paid based on that.

That is what i thought, my PEBLO is telling me that since I am promotable, I will be paid at the next rank, and since I am close to 11 years I will be paid at 11.

the years go by the 6 month point. so if you are over 10 yrs 6 months your going to receive 11 year pay.
