I under stand the range of motion ratings but not sure of others. New to this and curious as to what it may be. See below for C&P results

Ringing in both ears, the diagnosis is subjective tinnitus. Subjective factor is ringing in both ears. Objective factors are none. The etiology of the tinnitus is at least as likely as not associated with military noise exposure

Shoulder ROM: Flexation 140 Pain at 120
Abduction 150 Pain at 120
Ext rotation 78
IN rotation 78
Repetitive
126
130 Additional degree of limitation 14
78 Additional degree of limitation 20
Diagnosis is partial rotator Cuff tear.

Chronic right knee condition with pain Degenerative arthritis of right knee joint Subjective are pain, swelling, and instability. Objective are radiographic degen arthritis
ROM is flexation 92 pain at 84
Extension 10 pain at 16 additional limitation 2

Dynamic Ganglion Cyst both hands

Also During x-rays they found arthritis in my right hand and coarsening of my left left. Will this be added as well as it is in the report or will I have to claim later if discharged? Thanks in advance for the help. Also had a dental exam that mentioned a nerve being knicked but no diagnosis. Scars are also mentioned 8.5 cm by 1.1 cm, 1.1 cm by 0.3 cm , and another 1.1cm by .3 cm

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to the PEB Forum! :)

From my experiences within the DoD IDES MEB/PEB process via an U.S. Army perspective, I offer the following responses:

Q1: Ringing in both ears, the diagnosis is subjective tinnitus. Subjective factor is ringing in both ears. Objective factors are none. The etiology of the tinnitus is at least as likely as not associated with military noise exposure?
A1: If rated under VASRD 6260, then a maximum DoVA D-RAS proposed rating of 10% could potentially result.

Q2: Diagnosis is partial rotator Cuff tear. Shoulder ROM: Flexation 140 Pain at 120?
A2: If rated under VASRD 5200 thru 5203, then a DoVA proposed rating of 50% (maximum) down to 10% (minimum) could potentially result. Moreover, a DoVA D-RAS proposed rating of 0% could potentially result due to a diagnosed disability with no compensable symptoms.

Q3: Chronic right knee condition with pain Degenerative arthritis of right knee joint Subjective are pain, swelling, and instability. Objective are radiographic degen arthritis? ROM is flexation 92 pain at 84.
A3: If rated under VASD 5260, a DoVA D-RAS proposed rating of 0% could potentially result due to a diagnosed disability with no compensable symptoms (e.g., Flexion limited to 60°).

Q4: Dynamic Ganglion Cyst both hands. Also During x-rays they found arthritis in my right hand and coarsening of my left left. Will this be added as well as it is in the report or will I have to claim later if discharged?
A4: Based upon these findings during the C&P Examination, it should be included in the NARSUM.

Q5: Also had a dental exam that mentioned a nerve being knicked but no diagnosis?
A5: Dependent upon the severity of symptoms, you could potentially receive either: a service-connected noncompensable evaluation at 0% compensation, or a not-service connection evaluation due to no diagnosis.

Q6: Scars are also mentioned 8.5 cm by 1.1 cm, 1.1 cm by 0.3 cm , and another 1.1cm by .3 cm?
A6: Dependent upon if scars are is neither painful nor unstable plus superficial and nonlinear, you could potential receive a noncompensable evaluation at 0% compensation as based upon "superficial and nonlinear scar not of the head, face or neck in an area or areas less than 144 square inches (929 square centimeters)."

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

Warrior pretty much summed things up. I had a similar knee condition and was awarded 30% for mine as an unfit condition. Good luck!
