My wife is on the "Hidden Heroes Caregiver Facebook Group" and a lady just posted that her husband got a letter from the VA a few months ago wanting to change his rating from 100% to 70%. They went through the evaluation and it got downgraded to 70%. The lady is stating his condition hadn't improved. What gives? Can this happen? How often?
