Question and possible help

Hello sir or mam,

I am writing this post to see if there is anyone or anything that can be done. I was medically discharged in 2010 I went through the Meb and Peb process. They gave me a ratting of 20% but during the whole process my PTSD was overlooked and wrote off as a single depression episode, Also a false statement was put in my packet from a doctor that stated that they felt I was using my back injury to get out of the Army. to get back home to my wife. This statement was from 2005 when I was in Iraq, I was not married then and did not even get married until 2007 So I do not know why that statement was even included nor needed. This has been bugging me for years. I tried to go another rout to get it looked at but I was told I did not qualify for it because it was not within the dates or years of discharge. I truly believe if that statement and my PTSD was not overlooked I would have been Medically retired instead of Medically Discharged. I was also being questioned every day by my Rear Detachment on when was I going to be getting out, When the board was going to be done. Also being told that I need to hurry up and get out so they can get new soldiers in. My Rank at the time was E5 SGT. Is there anything I can possible be done to get it upgraded to Medically retirement .

Thanks for your help and time. I hope this is in the right form.
Also not sure if need buy Va ratting I am TDIU

When the VA rated yourMH, what percentage was assigned?

How much time elapsed from separation to the VA rating of 70%? How many year of AD? In a few words what caused the TBI/PTSD?

I got out in 2010, When I got my first ratting for PTSD it was at 50% that was in Jan of 2011, I got the increase in 2021 to the 70% I was at 7 years total of Military service with 6 years active. I know that's not a lot so in order for me to get medical retirement I would need the % at 30% or above. TBI was caused from the blast concussion waves from firing the howitzers while in Afghanistan PTSD is from both Iraq and Afghanistan deployments. From seeing things I do not want to put in here but I will from faces being torn off from BDA's locals destroyed from IED's and Pressure plates. From incoming on a regular basis's TBI I was never tested while in even though I showed the signs of it. That was given to me by the VA in 2015
