Question about transition

Just received my memo from the IDES people. Was told to take a copy of this memo to transitions so that they can generate my orders. Transition then tells me I must first go to finance and fill out some finance paperwork first. Anyone that has gone thru this particular step in the process any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm getting fed up with the run around im getting.
 
I wasn't able to deal with finance until I had my orders

Go to your S-1 and have them help you. That is their job, and they will know the particular steps you need to follow on your post.
 
Ranger is right, your unit S1 and BN S1 should take you through this process. If you are in a WTU then the process should be even more streamlined. I did all my paperwork with the S1 and just waiting on orders now. Be sure they calculate your leave correctly.

I do have one question for anyone that has out-processed or out- processing. Is there anything that I should pay special attention to when I start the process? Is it true that you should be promoted if your on a promotion list? Just curious if it applies to us NG/Reserve Soldiers.

at least for me woks i am NG m-day in PR i summit the promotion list to my peblo and when i receive my orders they give me the E-5 RANK date place on retired list 20140123 PDRL DOD 80% , VA 90% AF 09-10
