Question about painful motion

I just received my VA exam results from my PEBLO. For painful motion on the DBQ, does it matter which box is checked for the exam when deciding if painful motion warrants the minimum 10% rating?

There were four boxes that I saw for painful motion on the DBQ I received, "No pain noted on exam," Pain noted on exam on rest/non-movement," "Pain noted on exam but does not result in / cause functional loss," and "Pain noted on exam and causes functional loss."

Thanks for the help.

Some additional information: I was examined for Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis of the feet, ankles, knees, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands. All of the X-Rays done during the VA exam came back normal. I'm assuming from reading other posts on the forum the PsA will be rated under 5002. The Arthritis was diagnosed before the VA exams by an Army doctor. The arthritis along with the Psoriasis are my unfitting conditions.

An example of the rating help I'm looking for are my hands: The box "pain noted on exam but does not result in / cause functional loss" was marked. Finger flexion box was marked in the "If noted on exam, which ROM exhibited pain (select all that apply)" box. No was marked in the is there evidence of pain with use of the hand. Yes was marked in the is there objective evidence of localized tenderness of pain on palpation of the joint or associated soft tissue, with the doctor commenting "slight tenderness to palpation of all metacarpal and phalangeal joints."

All ROM was noted as normal.

Does this wording indicate a 10% rating? Is there anything else I'm missing when looking at what the rating will be?

I am in a similiar situation but reversed. The VA Rheumatologist only noted pain in my hands and feet but the othropedic docs that checked my knees, ankles, hips, back, and wrists stated pain with motion for all joints checked, limited ROM in back, hips, ankles. The weird part is no one complemented ROM for my hands and feet. The ortho thought Rhumatology did it so he didnt bother checking.

I notified the VA, Peblo, and Airmans counsel that the exams werent complete and they all told me to wait till i get my ratings.
