If my proposal rating was given 100% and I just signed my 199 is it safe to say it won’t change? Kind of nervous about it

They shouldn't change unless you open the door for it to change like request a FPEB and they remove or add an unfitting condition.
It shouldnt change. That should be your final ratings. Just curious what was your timeline for the process? I am waiting for my Infromal PEB and 199.
