prep for decision

My ebenny finally moved to prep for decision for those of you who have been at this point how much longer till you received your ratings thanks in advance. I've been in the rating stage for 121 days so far..
 
Mine moved to prep for decision a week ago and has stayed there since
 
Mine now says

2/10/2015 received claim
11/17/2014 preparation for decision

Stupidity at its finest... Who knows wtf that all means how can a claim be "received" AFTER it has been reviewed?
 
VA has to review, PEB has to put their stuff in. Mine sat like that for around three weeks. Then peblo called me in two weeks later to go over it. It shouldn't be much longer.
 
Mine went to prep for decision Feb 21 today PEBLO called me to come in to come review my Ratings so it took mine 2 weeks
 
seattle did my ratings just got my 199 today go see the lawyer tomm and sign does anyone know how long it takes to get retirement orders after signing 199?

Tony,
Mine did the same thing. I spoke to my MSC and he informed me that when the IPEB sends the VA the SM's packet they have to resubmit a new claim in order to initiate proposed ratings. Understand that does not mean that the time frame for your proposed ratings is going to take any longer. Arleast thats what he explained to me last week. So, I am in the same boat as you, on the Hurry up and wait process.
