I am currently very early in the process in the MEB process. Tomorrow morning I have my Pre C&P interview for general medicine. Can anyone help me out with what to expect when I see this doctor? side note: My MEB was initiated due to bilateral shoulder instability.

Not sure what you mean by "Pre C&P interview" but I suppose it is simply your MEB physical with your PCM...or are you having this interview done at the C&P office/VA hospital--in other words, is this appointment at your MTF or off post?
This appointment was made by my PEBLO and it is there at the MEB office. My understanding is that it is in no way the QTC, however it is with a doctor that I've never seen before.
Yeah, then I'd say it's just a physical-type exam. Probably have to fill out a few questionnaires and such. No big deal.
For anyone who might be curious as to what this interview was, the pre C&P interview was with the doctor that will be writing my NARSUM once my QTC appointments are completed. She asked for a lot of information regarding how my injuries occured and what has aggravated them. As you can imagine we also discussed deployments and surgeries. Now it is time for me to wait for my QTC appointments to be made.

Oh ok...interesting. Usually, that interview/appointment takes place after C&P QTC. But don't see the harm in doing it before.
