How long has it been taking people to get there findings after the PEB gets thé package back from the VA?

Yea sadly, they are super backed up from what I have heard and low on staff. Today marks day 40 for me but I was told I will have it to sign Monday or Tuesday if that helps.

Yea no kidding. I on the other hand am trying to go ASAP. I have been tracking this package since day 1 in every step that it has taken. It’s been a slow process for sure. I’m just trying to finish up before the wave of 96’s hit and everyone is gone

This is just a complete failure on the PEB's part with no accountability and it's evident. Other branches are burning through this process with their PEBLOs being helpful and communicative. This is unsat, and just breeds issues and mistakes down the pipe, being "unmanned" and backlogged are excuses we've all heard before. Truthfully, not once has there ever been enough bodies, yet every mission, order and task has been accomplished especially those with time sensitivity, with the exception of admin. Every time an admin shop/legal shop gets like this and says their "unmanned" or "don't have enough trained personnel", mistakes sky rocket, in my experience because 1. the bullpen is scared of the chain or 2. the chain doesn't care so the bullpen doesn't.

I'm speaking this frustration out because I want to communicate with others. I believe the only thing we have is as a possibility to submit formal complaints are ICE reports. I don't trust my peblo as she's lied to me, make mistakes with my package continuously, and does not check on it, as I have run into issues with stalls in its path, I have been the one to discover and correct them. Is there any other route to submit we/I should go? There is not only us to think of in my mind.

Example: Admin was behind on things. I submitted re-enlistment package 4 months prior. Told I'm good. I EAS. Have to jump through hoops to get a 6 mo extension, then more hoops to reenlist. Same shop makes same exact mistakes with many others. All have to do same thing. Pay issues continuously, they even BCD the wrong Marine due to the same last name. It took a new SNCOS and a new officer 2 months to iron out a the problems and catch up on the back log that was plaguing that MAG for years.

I think if we can bitch and complain properly we can help others in this process and avoid further problems and mistakes from coming. Any suggestions?

So I’m down here in San Diego. I’m talking to the PEBLO today. She told me my claim got suspended because “they needed clarification about my C&P exams”. It got unsuspended yesterday and they’ll potentially start rating today. I was left in the dark about this suspension for 21 days. Again, there’s no accountability of the PEBLOS/PEB at all. I’m fairly frustrated at this point.

To my understanding the peblos don’t really get any notifications after it’s sent to PEB except for whenever the package comes back from the PEB & besides that pretty much they would have to look into the system at your specific case to see any movement. This is just what my Peblo told me so I’m not sure how accurate it is but if it is true then I understand why they don’t know it go look in each of their cases everyday.

Nope not really, i was able to get my proposed rating Via my Peblo. Next Friday will make 32 days so i plan on calling my Peblo then.
Right on. My package came back from the VA Oct 25th. Havent heard of anything yet, except for my proposed rating.
