I have my DD-214 and I am on terminal leave ending July 31st. I have been medically retired and No one has told me what to do to get paid by the DOD or if I need to do appointments or anything for the VA or even how to get my retiree id. Who do I ask cuz the peblos never answer and I feel like I’m missing something or wasting time. I choose to receive my DOD percentage but I haven’t signed for that anywhere that I know of. Idk what to do.

I assumed you out processed through finance. If so, then DoD should be good.
On E-Benefit you will find an open VA claim. Upload your DD214 to that claim. Once the DD214 is uploaded the VA should pay.
