PLD and retirement

Im currently at 18 year and 8 months of Service, my PED was submitted to the MEB oct 10th 2021. still no word yet but im looking for any info on what the next steps should be. im over 18 years less than 20 so I know title 10 U.S code 1176 come in to play some where in there. someone please help me. because no one seems to have any answers for me. once I have a finding do I put in for PLD till retirement?? if so what are those steps? or what is the COA I need to take.

What branch are you in? Also being over 18 years will not help you when it comes to MEB so don't rely on that.
 
Out of all the Services, I do believe the USMC is the only one that is still using TERA. I have read several Marines on this forum that have over 18 years and used TERA. I would encourage you to also look into that.
 
If the title you refer to is sanctuary, that does not apply to MEB cases. You can be discharged with 19 years and 11 months with severance pay and no retirement. Try and appeal at every level and save all terminal leave.
 
MMSR-4 told me I need to get my findings and if they are unfit put it for PLD until retirement. now it just a waiting game. im 154 days from when the PEB took my package. was a shoulder injury that required surgery that the jacked up and made it even worse with an addendum several mental health issue. so hopefully ill hear back soon
