I see many people referring to phases of the PEB and would like to know more. I have seen Rhett QA and rationale phase. What are these about and what are the other phases?
Im not sure if these are real phases or ehat the PEBLOS tell people. I went FPEB since they found me initially fit due to only half my package going to the IPEB. Apparently FPEB does a rationale when the package comes back from the VA explaining the reasoning behind the new decision. Then it has to go to the President of the board for signature before being returned.
