I printed a va benefits letter from online and i noticed the line that says: considered permanent and totally disabled due soley to service connection…… now says yes, with a date of this february….it use to say no but i have no rating change.

does this mean i wont be scheduled for any more follow up c&p exams?

Yes, you will not be subject to further VA initiated C&P exams. If you file a new/supplemental claim you will have to have a C&P exam.
