PEBLO Pool?? What is that?

I've been trying to contact my PEBLO for a month and havent recieved anything. In the automatic reply it says"For document delivery and or case status please send a message in the Genesis PEBLO pool."

What is the Genesis PEBLO pool? Anyone have a link or info on how to access it? Ive looked everywhere.
 
Genesis is the newest online medical records system used by the military.
 
I would recommend you look up the number to your PEBLO's office and give them a call. I had a similar issue where my PEBLO left and was assigned a new one and for the life of me couldn't get ahold of her. I called her office and was directly sent to her supervisor who was able to look me up and give me all the needed info. A pool in this case sound like a email group that probably gets seen by all in that office or group.
 
I don't use MHS Genesis so I don't know exactly how it works. Most electronic medical records software allows you to message your provider. So instant of messaging your PCM, you would message the PEBLO POOL.

Of course I go to try this out and the website is down lol I love technology. Thank you! I wasnt aware you can message people other than your PCM.
