I agree with This perfomance is totally unacceptable. This is not taking care of our Wounded Warriors. Yes I feel for the PEBLO's out there that get call after call they cannot give any good answer to, because they do not have the tools they need to see the case beyond the MEB. Then I watch the President tell America how well the soldiers and thier familes are being taken care of in the debate a couple of nights ago. Thats when I turned the TV off. 29 months of living through the stress of this process is many things. But being taken care of is not one of them.

I do not recall saying they rated anything, I just stated they have to approve the ratings and if not they send back to VA for rating phase.
DA 199 in typing now! More light showing at the end of this tunnel now. But to get there I had to email the PEB my VA Decision Summary that was sent to me in the mail (from Seattle to Indiana) but still not sent through the secure digits system that the VA sends stuff to the PEB. To think people complain about how slow the US mail is. I really think that if VA was in the dictionary it would refer you to "dysfunctional" or "circus". I caution all to read your VA Decision & Summary carefully. Mine has errors that kept me from getting a rating for TBI. It read that I refused treatment for TBI at a Medical facility that I have never been to. It also had claims for the conditions that were denied that I never claimed as conditions. Bad feet or something to that effect. That was on the NARSUM as well and I just chalked it up to the QTC doctor that was obsessed with feet and at the time I thought was a little strange. It almost looks like someone else case was mixed with mine. I am not appealing it now. That can come later if ever, just want to get through this process and on to retirement.
The one thing about this whole miserable process is that we become experts at the process by going through it. Thank God for whom ever started this site to help those still to follow behind us and find answers to the questions that can be so illusive. I just wish I had known about this site from the git go. It is 1000% more useful than the Army MEB/PEB hand book /power point show.

Well this is like walking in sand. Two steps forward and one step back. Sent the PEB the Documents the VA sent me. Not goood enough says the PEB. They need some other document that I guess they only get from the VA and theyhave not bothered to send it yet after 10 days since my case is complete and they mailed me the results. This rolly coaster ride sucks. I just wish there was someone at the VA you could call and get actual help with getting them to do thier damn job.
You need the premium acct. if you have access to a CAC reader you can go that route or go by a VA admin office.
