I haven't heard anything since I submitted my documentation after speaking with legal which was 19 April. Is it usually more than 6 weeks before youre told whether you've been determined fit or unfit? On my VA.gov portal it's showing case closed and I'm able to see my potential ratings as well...

This question is pretty vague. Which document did you submit on 19 April? If it was your NARSUM, then it is about 65 days for the IPEB to complete their portion and about a week after that you should get a 199. They go back and retroactively assign times to fit/unfit, VA ratings, and PEB findings. I submitted the counseling and the 3947 document saying I concur with the findings after speaking with the legal representative.This question is pretty vague.
