Hey guys,
So does anyone know if there is a number that we can call once our packages leave the PEB In dc after being deemed unfit and go to the va to check on (or speed) up that process? Also has anyone had success with the “ask VA to decide your claim” button?

I doubt the button will expedite anything. With a few exceptions, I can't imagine the VA putting military member A's case ahead of military member B's case. The section you case is at only handles military member's cases. Exceptions are made for members with catastrophic injuries.

Your MSC should also be able to log into the VA system and get you real time data as to where it is in the VA. My MSC contacted me today, unsolicited, and told me that someone in Providence had recently logged into it and put a note on my file that I needed to do a VA 21-674 to show that my 18 year old was attending college.

What is a MSC?

That’s what I was thinking, I also read somewhere it takes out the 30 days they give to make sure no more evidence is submitted because you are saying you have no more. I hit the button so we shall see!

My apologies. VA Military Services Coordinator. They should have been the person your PEBLO connected you with to help you fill out your VA 21-0819 Application to IDES.

Oh yes, okay that’s what I though I just wanted to make sure lol. Different service, different terminology I assume?

It should be the same, regardless of service. We have Air Force, Army, & Navy here at Whiteman AFB and all use the same VA pipeline, but I only have this one experience to go off of.
