PEB OUTCOME

I just wanted to thank the moderators and most importantly Jason for all his feedback and guidance.

I received 80% DOD Army Disability PERM recently from the PEB which I will not refute of course.

The conditions;
Central Sleep Apnea 50%
Migraines 50%
Depression 30%

I am very grateful.

One piece of advice I can pass along; Document/Document and Document. Meaning do not leave it up to someone else to guess what is truly wrong with you. In addition, get letters from your supervisors on how it affects your duty position. Also my NCOERS that were excellent did not factor in my case.

Does anyone have copies of NCOERs bullet comments for people who are going through the MEB process? My leadership hasnt provided an NCOER for over a year because theyre not sure how to write one for someone going through the MEB process that is not assigned to a WTU.​
 
i recently finished my annual NCOER and have been in the MEB for over a year, since i know it isn't really going to affect me i just had my rater give me all successes and general bullets. Being in a MEB as an NCO i'm sure they had you do something such as escorting other Soldiers, outprocessing Soldiers, appointments and the such which is what mine listed. My MOS is 13F40 but as position it just said legal NCO. Hope it helps
