My PEBLO has informed me that they are currently not hearing any formal boards because of Covid-19. Anyone else confirm this? FYI was rated 70 VA and 0 DOD and was in the process of waiting for an appeal. Thanks for the info in advance.
Update: I got a call two days ago from a representative in DC about the FPEBs. They are asking people if they would be willing to have a teleconference in place of going to DC to get your cases taken care of. You still have the option to go to DC and do an in-person hearing, but she said that it could be in some people's best interest to go the teleconference route to complete your case. I had a 45 minute conversation with her about my case, so at least things are still moving forward.
During 2020, I was so frustrated with all these restrictions and closed borders. Now I am more frustrated after 2 years, and not much has changed. However, some states have opened their borders and removed all restrictions.
