PEB FINDINGS...

Hello, I have been on peb process for a while now. My life has been a disaster because of people telling me different things. I got my VA proposed ratings jan 18 and upon calling the VA they said the proposed rating has been sent to peb on jan 18 but i haven't heard anything as of now. Today i called peb and they checked my status and i was told they were still waiting on the va rating. So i really don't know what is going on. My peblo is one of a hell as she doesn't update me with anything if i call her or email him she doesn't respond. So i had to call PEB and get update myself. Any suggestion would be appreciated. thank you!

Hmm, if your assigned PEBLO isn't performing his/her duties in a professional manner then I would suggest that you contact their immediate supervisor to voice your concerns. If that doesn't give relief then I would suggest that you contact a patient advocate and/or an Ombudsman for immediate assistance.

Indeed, the PEBs (at least from an U.S. Army perspective) doesn't like/want IDES participants to contact them directly; hence the assignment of a PEBLO. Hold your ground and don't give in if you are still not satisfied with the quality of work from your assigned PEBLO. Fight to the very end and win! Take care!

What branch of service?
 
My peblo complained my first sergeant for bugging her and my first sergeant told me not to bug her anymore. I would only email her once in 20 days to see if any update was there but now i cannot do that anymore. I guess waiting is the only option as ako account is stuck on peb findings since two months now.
 
Yes, i told him the VA stated that they had sent the proposed rating on jan 18 and he was like as of now my status says waiting on VA rating so no clue what's going on. Whom to believe and what's going on with the peb system. This is getting hectic day by day.
 
Henry321 you are not alone, that seems to be the PEBLOS go to answer. Don't expect them to go to far beyond checking the "system". That's all I ever get is the "system" is down, we have to wait. That's after asking for them to reach out and actually make a phone call. Recommend you try the above recommendation and call the IG.

I have one more question. So i got my VA proposed rating in the mail and upon calling the VA they told me the ratings were also forwarded to the peb on jan 18 but today morning i called peb and they told me they were still waiting on my VA rating? Is that the system of PEB or something else? I just cannot figure out anything.

Something else you should think of, reciting meetings and phone calls are not really a way of proving your PEBLO is a turd because it will turn into a "he said she said" kind of thing. Solution? Use your Gov email outlook, & send all the questions & requests you have. Make sure you keep all the emails (you can covert them to a PDF file) so if & when the ball drops you have something in your hands besides your pockets.
