PEB Findings for numerous conditions result in NOTHING??

Two days ago I found out my DOD and VA ratings for the following:

DOD ratings:
Scoliosis( Pre existing, but service connected)= 0%
Migraines=0%
Dry spots on eyes=0%
"Service member to be honorably discharged from Active Duty with OUT compensation"

However......
VA=60%.

My questions are this:

1) I understand my scoliosis was EPTS, BUT, I do not understand why the board did NOT even look at anyything else that was caused by service. I have been advised by the PEBLO to request a formal hearing in DC, and to get an addendum for my Migraines etc... Thoughts??

2) Even if I get 0% from the Navy, does that mean I am entitled to compensation? full GI bill? What rating do I currently have from the navy based off the " " above?

3) Can me filing a formal appeal for the DoD rating, change my VA one? If so, how/ where.

4) since I am highly leaning towards the formal appeal. Can anyone provide current insight/guidance for the procedures for the formal board??

5) Can anyone else provide their input for what they experienced for a similar situation?

What conditions were found unfitting by the PEB? What conditions were the VA ratings for? Was the scoliosis noted on your entry physical?

The dod found me unfit. They didn't look at my other conditions.

Va: 30% migraines and then 10% for scoliosis and 10% for two other things.
