I signed off on my formal PEB DA199 (50%), then found a technical VA error in a rating. One of my rated conditions, which from day one 2 yrs ago was carried by VA at 30% dropped to 10%. This VA reviewer quoted from a C&P exam which wasn't mine (oveworked, I'm sure). The request for VA to review and correct was sent, of course. The irony that this condition was one reason for my formal PEB - to recognize as unfit and to rate, which they did, is not escaping me 
. We all missed the change as the VA % hadn't changed (80) until too late. I may feel stupid, but I'm now stuck w/ trying to fix it and play catch-up.
Question - the VA correction should be completed prior to my pilot process completion, so will the PDA or somesuch crunch the new calculations or will they expect me to do a board of corrections post facto? It would be ludicrous to do a corrections board if the VA correction comes in a timely manner, but I've seen worse bureaucracy, hence my concern. Unchartered territory here and I can't guess on how this would work.
