So I got my PEB findings back with 70% combat related PTSD. They want to put me on the TDRL and see me back in July 2012.
I talked to the PEBLO and he said to challenge the TDRL, but not the percentage. I am skeptical because I am paranoid they will change my percentage if I challenge (something about being screwed by the military for over 15 years. LOL).
I called the advocate office in Ft. Lewis and they were not much help in advising me yet. They wouldn't even say much until I emailed them my 3947 NARSUM and 199.
The PEBLO said that if I have some proof from my docs at the VA they might not even have me show up before the board and just give me the permanent retirement. Does this happen?
What would you guys in the Army advise me to do???
