PEB at VA for HSV in eye but just got diagnosed with PTSD

Medical Board has been started since Nov2011 now it is at the VA office awaiting decision approval. Yesterday I was seen by my Psycologist yesterday and he diagnosed me with PTSD i am so lost on what i need to do? who i need to turn paperwork into? if i need to or not? do i go to the VA first? talk to a JAG? to my case manager? anyhelp would be greatfully appreciated!! i need it please.
