Just went through the PBR last year, my pro bono attorneys have pretty much ghosted me (I'm still thankful for the help) My separation orders from 2006, along w/ my da 199 have a "YES" next two very specific questions- (both) DEFINED NY 26 U.S.C. 104; did the disability occur due to an injury- a) caused by armed conflict, and b) occur during a wartime period .
As you can see my pictures, My 2006 orders say "YES" to both, along woth my PDRL orders. Although, My 2006 orders were rescinded and replaced with TDRL separation orders, and, if you look at those orders, it says NO to both of those questions.
Then, I look at my PDRL orders, and I'm confused why it gas "N/A" on the line "disability retirement" along with the line "completed over 4 years of active service as ENL OR WO: N/A" while on my TDRL orders it says "YES".
Another concern I have is the "other eligible laws" line on my PDRL orders, where. On my TDRL orders it has 1202 and 1372 as the other eligible law; on my PDRL orders only has 1201 and no oyher eligible laws.
I also have some questions and concerns regarding my DD215; I was given two DD215s, I have questions and concerns regarding the corrections to the records and whether they have the correct information updated on them, but, if anyone can explain to me what's going on with my orders and maybe give me some guidance or advice I would be super thankful thank you
