PDBR Radio silent

I was just informed today by the Army Physical Disability Agency that my Advisory Opinion has returned to the ABCMR. I was also told my case has went into adjudication phase and that I was misinformed about receiving a copy of the advisory opinion to review to see if I agreed or had a rebuttal to offer. So now I wait for adjudication still and wonder how much longer. Currently sitting at 3 years 27 days since submitting to ABCMR. Please pray for me and Justice!

Can someone answer this question for me. If your going the the ABCMR process and they sent it for a medical advisory opinion, what agency handles that is it the PDBR? I can’t get an answer from ARBA on this question. My case number starts with AR2017. It’s been awaiting the advisory opinion nearly a year in of itself, just getting frustrated

I am by no means and expert, but I believe the ABCMR is a different process and board than the PDBR. It is my understanding that the military BCMRs send them to a contracotr for medical advisory opinions. I could be wrong. The PDBR is a separate board with specific eligibility requirements for previously medically separated veterans during a specified time period, and the PDBR (Physical Disability Review Board) is a board run by the Air Force, that makes a recommendation to the veterans branch of service, which then makes a final decision. Hope that helps.
