PCS after MEB has been initiated?

Hello all, I am new to the forum. I was just given my P3 Monday and put in for my MEB. I was supposed to PCS in February does any one know if the MEB will cancel the orders and stabilize me here on station? Thank you in advance for any help rendered.
 
MEB Intiiaiton = Orders Deletion (NO PCS). In the event you are placed on orders while the MEB is in process just simply reach out to your Assignment Branch and provide them with a copy of the MEB Initiaition notification memo in which *should* have been sent to you and your commander when started. If there is still resistance, then simply consult your attorney (SMEBC) who has PLENTY pull to reslove matters.
 
Awesome. At this point I am waiting for "the call" as my PCM referred to it as. I am guessing that is from the PEBLO? Will they be the one to give me that memo? Thanks
