50% dod 80% VA with 8 years in service 2500 month base pay. Spouse 3 children. What should I be at? Thank you
 
How much is 80 perc va with 3 dependents. I think it is like 1500 per month. So to figure out what is taxable income, you would subtract 1500 (va pay) from 2500 which leaves 1000. 25 perc of 1000 is 250. That is taxes. So 2500 (base pay) - 250 is 2225. That should be your tske home pay per month assuming va pay with 3 dependents.

Im mistaken. I didnt see 50 perc dod. Since
 
Im mistaken. Since va is higher than 50 perc of base pay. You would be left with va pay only so 1500 per month. If disability is combat related you would be able to apply for crsc for additional payment.
