My P3 profile was issue 1 FEB 2019 but no contact from a PEBLO or anything. I contacted my PCM at MTF and its awaiting a second signature to start the process they said its at FT Meade. Also that my PCM will be handling it directly instead of going through my unit.

Any advice or help is welcomed. Could anyone tell me the next steps or just sit back and wait?

So, I am not sure how the process differs for NG vs AD or vice versa however within 10 days you should be contacted by a PEBLO, yes, your unit does not handle these things (active duty) rather they are an automatic and its forwarded. I was in the same boat as you and I went to my OMBUDSMAN and they got the ball rolling for me.

I finally got a response from my PCM and they revoked my P3 for not having enough info? There was a second signature on 1 feb19. So now i have to get the profile resubmitted . How would I find out who my OMBUDSMAN is?

the OMBUDSMAN serves the entire area, you can look up OMBUDSMAN and your post for information typically.

I have an update for the timeline. FT Meade denied the P3 for my back saying I need a second opinion. So now I have to go to Walter Reed.

Has anyone went through Walter reed for a second opinion?

Getting a second opinion on any disabling/serious diagnosis condition is warranted and ought to be SOP.

Any advice on how to proceed. I received a second opinion and they say I have permanent restrictions. But just got denied another P3 today. The permanent restrictions came after the P3 was filled.

Not really it took them a long time to recognize my back as being a P3 issue, start treatments and have your specialists make recommendations as they feel needed.
