For my Diagnoses Not Meeting Retention Standards:
Diagnosis
1. Lumbosacral degenerative arthritis, strain, and intervertebral disc syndrome s/p fusion surgery
2. Right lower extremity radiculopathy
3. Cervical spine strain, degenerative arthritis,
and intervertebral disc syndrome
4. Left upper extremity radiculopathy
5. Right upper extremity radiculopathy
Was told I should be over 30%. I request legal consultation because I was told they would help estimate the percentages.
