Osbudsman question?

Hello, this is my first time posting and may be in the wrong section. Sorry about that. I've been reading post about the osbudsman about slow proceedings and I know mine is moving at a decent pace i guess but I was wondering when should I contact them about my case and who do I contact in the Triplar area. I know it's case by case but the time from the VA ratings and PEB findings are fairly fast from what ive read. My unit is becoming rather diffucult and like everyone else on these fourms, i would love to atleast get to my 199 for some ease at mind.My current time line is

Medical Exam 2/28/20167

My PEB findings took 56 days. I wouldn't wait much longer to call as I called mine and received 199 next day, day after got my Date from PDA, got orders today, clearing papers next Tuesday and final out on 15 June. Seemed to help my case greatly to call. Google ombudsman for your post. Doesn't hurt to call.
 
While I don't really have an answer for your question, I just wanted to let you know that you and I are in essentially the same timeline.

Informal PEB: 04/12/2017

I contacted my PEBLO about two weeks ago and he just told me that I didn't need to call anyone I just needed to keep waiting... I think if I haven't heard anything by next week I'm going to contact the osbudsman; I found the one for my post by just googling "Fort Hood osbudsman". I hate to go over a person's head like that though.

Thanks for the info. My peblo had me excited today. She said everything was caught back up from the back log and max average times if cases were 2 weeks and a half. Gives me enough time for acap since my unit is under fire for not supporting when I tried to do it. She also said that things were working backwards. I would hit the transit list then my paperwork would go to the PDA.
 
I keep reading about this osbudsman person, who exactly are they? I alreadly have a PEBLO and an MSC.

That 2 Weeks is false. Been waiting since May 1st. DO NOT Get your hopes up, they like to tell you what you want to hear so you leave them be. My PEBLO cringes when he sees my face cuse im tried of the bs.
