I didn't have this problem but the problem I'm running into is that DFAS doesn't have a copy of my orders even though I have the new orders and my new ID. And they won't take a copy of the orders from me

They usually get the orders a couple months after you do. How long has it been since you got your orders?

Hmmm it's been about two months. Ok well I know the got the ruling from the board just they don't have the orders yet. Ok patience is a virtue I'm just now learning to have. Thanks
