I've been waiting for my orders for closing in on 3 months now to go to the medboard and begin the process does anyone have any idea of who I can talk to in order to find out where my orders are or speed up the process at all

It often takes months for the process to begin. Waiting is a big part of the process.
I submitted my request for orders as I said in the original post nearly 3 months ago and the peblo said to talk to my s1 s1 needed something from doc doc said he had nothing for them so then I talked to my Sgt Maj and he said he's waiting on a response from the peb is it just waiting for acceptance of the case or something?
Hopefully a fellow Marine with recent experience can help guide your through the confusion. The waiting is frustrating. As is getting the run around.
