"This email is to notify you that your case will be transitioning to the next stage in case management due to your recent permanent profile. Your condition has now met the Medical Retention Determination Point (MRDP). The AR-MMC will now prepare your case for processing in the Disability Evaluation System (DES). You will be assigned a new Nurse Case Manager for your profiled condition and all communication will be followed up by her/him. You will receive an email from her/him in the next following days.
Moving forward I will redirect communication to your assigned Nurse Case Manager."
