Was injured Iraq 05. Have several disqualifying conditions. Already rated by VA. Total 160% disabled. 100% PTSD, also rated for spine, neuropathy, shoulder for total 160%. I have had two FFD physicals both with PUHLES with lots of 3's. My reserve unit is jacked up, I have LOD for shoulder, awaiting one for PTSD, but they keep ignoring my Neuropathy, and my spine.
Now, the TTHS, not my unit wants to send me to FT. Knox for another FFD physical, I just did one last year, was found unfit, recommended for MEB AGAIN, and nothing happened, I am sick of it.
I WILL NOT GO TO FT. KNOX, WHY so they can screw everything up once again? My family has gotten totally screwed during this whole thing.
The VA didn't rate me as permanent, so my family has no VA benefits, and the VA charged my wifes insurance for all my VA appointments, so her boss got pissed and cut ALL insurance for ALL dependents, because my wifes premiums increased to 2800.00 per month!
It has been three years and am still waiting the process! My questions are;
1) do I need a LOD for each disqualifying condition? the VA rated these as service connected.
2) I live near St. Louis Mo, where my unit is based, Shouldn't I be going to Ft. Leonardwood for my FFD physical? It's the nearest MTF.
(last time they sent me to Bragg, had to pay for the trip out of pocket and wait months to get reimbursement, then the VA took the reimbursement money out of my VA comp. I also had to pay 25.00 per hour for an aide to take care of my disabled daughter while I was gone, out of my pocket)
