To whom this may concern,
My Name is>>>>>> and I started my PDBR with you in 2010. I received my letter from the Director, Secretary of the Navy council Review Boards in February of 2012 and thats the last time I've heard anything about what happens now. The letter states that they are retiring me and that they will send a copy to you and to the deputy Commandant , Manpower & Reserve Affairs, USMC. Is this right and if so how long should I be waiting to hear anything. I see on your website that my case number isn't there so I confused on what I'm should do now that its been almost a year. My case # is >>>>>>>>>>>. Also on 2 of the papers it states that I'm USMC not NAVY so I don't know if that's the problem. If you would like me to fax you the paperwork I received please send me your fax number. Thank you for any help.
Very Respectfully,
