Need help with the PDBR

Well I emailed PDBRPA@afncr.af.mil and this is what I received back.

I received my letter from the Director, Secretary of the Navy council Review Boards in February of 2012 and thats the last time I've heard anything about what happens now. What should I do now????? I called Ms. Jones but no reply yet???
 
I would give it more time and try to follow up with Ms. Jones.

Something has to give here. However, as a very last resort, you could possibly sue to enforce the decision. Time intensive and costly for a case where the decision seems to be in your favor. But, it is there if you don't get relief.
 
Still waiting?????? I've called Ms. Jones 2 or 3 times now and I still haven't heard back yet. Any other ideas??? I'm also going to try and get my ID card with the letter I was sent. Is there a way to see if my status has changed for this yet?
