Need Help please!!!

I'll try to keep this as short as I can, was in the army for 5 1/2 years. Last June I started a MEB board for some BH issues. Signed my 199 in mid November 2015. Received retirement orders November 23 in the morning and in the afternoon i was preferred charge for a court martial. My command did not like me. After a long talk with jag I decided it was best to take a chapter 10 discharge so I could continue to heal and get my conditions under control instead of the army holding my head under water. I was rated 70% VA/ 50%DOD. Is there any hope for me getting my benefit that I was entitled too. My ucmj charge was fraternization.
 
Wow fraternization, i'm really sorry with what you had to go though I hope someone can help you out.
 
A court martial for fraternization...smh...your command was full of assholes. I hope you get this worked out and get what you deserve as well. I wish I could help you out with it.
